(BY CABLE.—REUTER’S TELEGRAMS). MELBOURNE, March 8. The Coalition Ministry has been formed as follows Mr Jas. Service, Premier and Colonial Treasurer; Mr Graham Berry, Chief Secretary and Minister of Public Instruction ; Mr Kerford, Attorney. General; Mr Tucker, Minister of Lands; Mr Gillies, Minister of Railways; Mr Deakin, Minister of Works; Mr Lcvieu, Minister of Mines ; Mr Langridge, Commissioner of Trade and Customs ; Mr Anderson, Minister of Justice, Justice Sargood joins the Ministry without a portfolio. The portfolio of PostmasterGeneral has not yet been allotted, Later. It is now announced that Mr Service takes the portfolio as Minister of Public Instruction, and not Mr Berry, as previously telegraphed. Mr Berry becomes PostmasterGeneral, as well as Chief Secretary. In the action Moss v. the Union Steamship Company, for damage done to the brig Sophia by collision with the steamspip Manapoud a verdiet has been returned for the plaintiff for £6OO. It is now believed that Harding committed suicide aud died by drowning after cutting his throat. Parliament stands adjourned to April 3, This Day. The body of a man named Robert Harding, recently found in the water at Brighton, with a wound in the throat, hue been exhumed, as there are grave suspicions that the deceased met with his death through foul play.
