RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.

This Day, (Before M. Price, Eeq., R.M.] Tll® case of Warren v. Cooper was adjourned to the 27th of February. The summons in the case of Madden v. Mossman was enlarged for a fortnight. The summons in the case of Rutapu v. Hubble was enlarged to Friday next, the 16th instant. In the case of W. H. Tucker v. G. Clarke, claim £6 2s. 6d., for rent due, and for possession of tenement and premises, the Resident Magistrate heard tne evidence, and ordered that the defendant give up possession of the premises on or bofore 12 o’clock on Wednesday, the 14th instant, and to pay the rent claimed, vis., £6 2s. 6d., with costs of Court. The Court then adjourned.
