RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.
This Day. [Before M. Prior, Esq., R.M.] A. Allanach was brought up this morning charged with allowing gambling in his house. The ease was adjourned till the 21« t, on the application of the police. CIVIL CASES. J. Edwards v. T. Wilshire. Claim, £3 10s. Mr McDougall appeared for the plaintiff. After hearing the evidence on both s’des, his Worship nonsuited the plaintiff, eaeh party paying his own costs.
