RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.
This Day. [■Before M. Price, Esq., R-.M.] DRUNKENNESS, James Matthews was fined 10s, or 24i hours imprisonment, for being drunk in Lowe street, on Saturday last. The offence was admitted. James Quin was fined 10s, or in default 24 hours imprisonment, for being drunk in the Gladstone road on Saturday last. The offence was admitted.
