Chixt Pon Owes, Gisborne For Napier, Wellington and South, also the Australian Colonies, per Ringarooma, on Saturday, Jan. 13th, at 3.30 p.m. For Auckland, per Afawttta, on Saturday, Jan. 13th, at 7 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and West Indies via San Francisco, also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, Mth Jan., at 3 p.m. Money orders may be obtained and letters registered until 2 p.m. same day. This mall will be due in London on the 12th March, 1888. The next inward European mail via San Francisco, Il due at Gisborne on Saturday, 13th January. A steamer of the Peninsular and Oriental line leaves Melbourne on Ist Feb. Correspondence specially eo addressed and prepaid the Brindisi rates ef postage, vis., eightpence per half-ounce, will bo forwarded by every opportunity. On and after the Ist January, 1888, a port eAce will be opened at Mr Steven's store. Patutam; also at Mr J Wallace’s, Mata where. Mails close at Gisborne on Tuesday and Friday, at noon J. Snmxnov, Chief Fostmaster.
