The “ Colonies and India ” has the following :—A correspondent calls attention to an important project in New Zealand, where the possibility of rearing silkworms successfully has been experimentally demonstrated, and where it is proposed that the industry should be established on a commercial basis. The proposal is worthy of encouragement, but we fancy it will have little encouragement.
