The smaller sections, under 200 acres, are agricultural, the Other! tgrieultural and pastoral, consisting of broken ranges, covered with fern and tutu, with a little grus. Patches of bush exist in meet ot the gullies, the timber being mixed, but with some tetara and rimu. The sou is light, resting on marl and sandstone. The general nature of the surface is broken, but With numerous flats suitable for homestead and agricultural purposes. Those lands are situate close to the road from Frasertown to Lake Waiboremoana, and about 10 miles distant from the former.
