RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.
This Day. [Before M. Prigs, Esq., R.M.] Th®se were no criminal eases for hearing thia morning. Civil Cases, E. K. Bbown v. H.obx Mow. Claim £8 18s. Tnire was pem-ance of defendant, and tha plaintiff having proved the debt, judgment Was given for the full amount claimed and costs. Several cases brought by Nioolas & Co., against a number of persons, were ordered to be struck off the cause list, there being no appearance of the plaintiff or defendant.
