At the sale to-day, by Messrs Wm, Ratcliffe and Co., held at their new auction mart, adjoining the Albion Club Hotel, of Mr C. D. Berry’s sawmill, engine and plant, there was a good attendanca. The bidding started at £7OO, and reached £9OO, when the mortga§ees bid an extra £2O, and it was knocked own to them at £920.
