BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—(COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, Dec. 12. Consols declined to 99g. Markets for Colonial produce unchanged. New Zealand securities firm at last quotations. LO S DON, Dec. 13. Telegrams have been received from Jamaica reporting that the whole of the business portion of Kingston, the principal town of the Island, has been destroyed by fire. The loss is esliinawd at fully £8,000,000 sterling. The hearing of the case against Messrs. Davitt and Healey, two of the leaders of the Irish National League, who were summoned to find sureties for their good behaviour, has been indefinitely )>oslponed. “ The Times” publishes a paragraph this morning contradicting the announcements made by the “ Standard’’yesterday regarding the approaching Ministerial changes. The first of the prisoners charged with the murder of two bailiffs at Lough Mask have been found guilty but sentence is deferred.
It has transpired that the Right Rev. Edward Harold Brown, D.D., Biship of Winchester has declined the Primacy of all England, vacant by the death of Dr. Tait
