This property will be sold in oue section "and subject to a mortgage of £750 to the Gisborne Borough Council. It is situated on the Gia-bome-Napier Road, being about 35 miles from the former town, and adjoining the Government township of Waihau. . There is a 50-acre paddock fenced off, with good Stockyard thereon ; a good road made into the bush, which contains about 100 acres first-class timber, and is the only available building material within an easy distance of the Township.
