Intelligence has reached here that a French traveller, named Sobel led, has obtained from Egypt the cession of the Bay of Tajtinah, on the north-east coast of Africa, at the head of the Gulf of Aden. ALEXANDRIA, Nov. 22, It has transpired that the Egyptian Govern* meat has decided to leave the English Government to determine whether the evidence which has been taken by the Commission at Cairo, criminates Arabi, for the massacres which took place at Alexandria and other places, and in the burning of Alexandria, ~ ROME, Nov. 22. At the opening of the Italian Chambers to-day King Humbert made a speech, in the course of which he announced that the Government would devote itself to carrying out of internal reports.
