THE FREEHOLD, under Land Transfer Title, of 7,000 acres of rich land in the Pouawa Block, situated about five miles from Gisborne. This Property is divided into sections of from 100 to 800 acres, and is admirably adapted for Small Farms. Purchasers of Freehold Sections in this Block will have an early opportunity of obtaining, upon favourable terms, Leasehold Blocks from 500 acres upwards, situated between the Block now offered and the sea.
