Chief Post Office, Gisbornet For Auckland per Rotomahanta, on Saturday, 18th Nev,, at 7 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and West Indies via San Francisco, also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, Ist Dec., at 3 p.m. Money orders may be obtained and letters registered until 2 p.m. same day. This mail will be due in London on the 15th January, 1883. A steamer of the Peninsular and Oriental line leaves Melbourne on 7th Dec. Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid the Bnndisi rates of postage, viz., eightpence per half-ounce, will be forwarded by every opportunity. J. Shrimptox, Chief Postmaster.
