The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received ini struotions from D. G. McKay, Esq., to sell ; by auction at the above time and place ACRES AGRICURTURAL jVZvJ’Vz LAND, part of the— WAIHAU—BLOCK. This property will be sold in one section, and subject to a mortgage of £750 to the Gisborne Borough Council. It is situated on the Gis-borne-Napier Road, being about 35 miles from the former town, and adjoining the Government township of Waihau. There is a 50-acre paddock fenced off, with good Stockyard thereon ; a good road made into the bush, which contains about 100 aeres first-class timber, and is the only available building material within an easy distance of the Township.
