AT—PARNELL & BOYLAN’S HALL P O UAW A. THE FREEHOLD, under Land Transfer Title, of 7,000 acres of rich land in the Pouawa Block, situated about five miles from Gisborne. This Property is divided into sections of from 100 to 800 acres, and is admirably adapted for Small Farms. Purchasers of Freehold Sections in this Block will have an early opportunity of obtaining, upon favourable terms, Leasehold Blocks from 500 acres upwards, situated between the Block now offered and the sea. This portion of Pouawa is excellently grassed and cannot be surpassed for sheep country. WHATAUPOKO. About 1000 acres of Town and Suburban Lands, from one and a half to three miles from Gisborne Post Office, will be offered, if the surveys can be sufficiently advanced. This valuable level land, with frontage to the Taruheru, a navigable river, will be cut into sections of from sto 50 acres. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received instructions from D. G. McKay, Esq., to sell by auction at the above time and place IAAA ACRES AGRICURTURAL 9 VW LAND, part of the— WA/HAU BLOCK. This property will be sold in one section, and subject to a mortgage of £750 to the Gisborne Borough Council. It is situated on the Gis-borne-Napier Road, being about 35 miles from the former town, and adjoining the Government township of Waihau. There is a 50-acre paddock fenced off, with good Stockyard thereon ; a good road made into the bush, which contains about 100 aeres first-class timber, and is the only available building material within an easy distance of the Township. A comfortable bush house is already erected, and some 500 posts and rails hauled, and a portion of the boundary line laid.
