The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received instructions from D. G. McKay, Esq., to sell by auction at the above time and place IAAA ACRES AGRICURTURAL jV W LAND, part of the— WAIHAUJLOGK. This property will be sold in one section, and subject to a mortgage of £750 to the Gisborne Borough Council. It is situated on the Gis-borne-Napier Road, being about 35 miles from the former town, and adjoining the Government township of Waihau. There is a 50-acre paddock feneed off, with good Stockyard thereon ; a good road made into the bush, which contains about 100 aeres first-class timber, and is the only available building material within an easy distance of the Township. A comfortable bush house is already erected, and some 500 posts and rails hauled, and a portion of the boundary line laid.
