The Oreti arrived about 12 o’clock to-day, and is expected to leave about 4 p.m., for South. The schooner Gisborne, Captain J. H. Skianer, called at the various Bays along the Coast after leaving Tologa. She called at Waipiro, Tuparoa, and Awanui on Saturday, leaving the same day for the Cape. The Minnie Hare called at Waipiro* on Monday morning, and proceeded immediately to Awanui, where she would arrive at about 10.30 a.m.

On Tuesday evening two fore-and-aft schooners, the names of whom we are ignorant of, put into Tologa Bay for shelter; one was a white hull, and the other a black one. Th 6 white-hulled one was uncommonly like the Minnie Hare. It is just possible that seeing the south-easter springing up she beat back for shelter in order that she might have a chance of discharging her coastal cargo on the sea abating. Still we cannot l>e certain that she actually was the Minnie Hare; as she had not communicated with the shore when we left Tologa, we had no opportunity of ascertaining for certain,
