(REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.) LONDON, Oct. 22. Intelligence has been received here that the steamship Gulf of Finland, 1,586 tons, outward bound from Liverpool to Melbourne, went ashore at Gibbulzoogur in the Red Sea, and was in need of assistance, which has since been promptly sent from Aden. A Military Commission has been appointed to enquire into the cause of the defects which were apparent in the Army Hospital and Transport Services, during the recent operations of the British troops in Egypt.
PARIS, Oct. 22. A Treaty has been concluded between France and Tunis under terms of same. France assumes the responsibility of the Tunisan Debt Judicial Tribunal is appointed, and a yearly allowance of £28,000 is accorded to the Bey.
ALEXANDRIA, Oct. 22. In consequence of witnesses having been examined by the Special Commission at Cairo, in the absence of Arabi and his associates |or their legal advisers, the enquiry before the Commission will be re-opened on Saturday next.
