RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.
This Day [Before M. PaicK, Esq., R.M.j Them were no criminal cases for hearing at the Resident Magistrates Court this morn* lag. CIVIL CASES. Croix and Ikomi v, Egans, Claim £4 la sd, for good, aupplled, Mr Kcuny appeared for th. pluintifia, and called on Mr Croll to provo the cue. Judgment was given for the plaintiff, for the full amount claimed and coat.. A. PETERS v. Watenb. Claim £1 19. 6d for good, supplied. Judgment was given for plaintiff for the full amount claimed with the coata of Court. Some ca.es in which Dufauraud Co., were plaintiff., were adjourned to a future date. In the case of the Borough Council V- R. Booth the cue w*a settled out of Court.
