Tn is Day* PBefore M. Price, Esq., R.M.’j There were no criminal cases for hearing this morning. Civil Cases. DUFAUR AND C’HRISP V. EDGEUUMBE. Claim £7 13s, for advertising. Mr Nolan appeared for the plaintiffs. The defendant did not appear. Mr Nolan called Henry M‘Kay, who stated he was book-keeper for the plaintiffs. The amount, £7 13s, is still due and owing. The advertisements were inserted by defendant’s instructions. Judgment for full amount and costs, 12s. Counsel’s fee, £1 Is.
