John Fagan was charged with being drunk in a public place, Whataupoko to wit, on the 3rd inst. Prisoner pleaded guilty, but urged it was his first offence and would be his last. Fined 5s or 48 hours. The Bench cautioned him that a second appearance would entail a fine of 60s.
