AUSTRALIAN.
BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —(COPYRIGHT). (REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.) Received Sept. 28, 5 a.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 27. The supposed small-pox patient at Hamilton has been examined by three other Melbourne medical men, who are unanimous in declaring the case to be one of true variol. Dr Youl, of the Health Board, who examined the patient yesterday, and reported the disease to be only chicken-pox, persists in the correctness of his diagnosis and ridicules the idea of small-pox.
