THIS is a notification from us that our loving friends of this Island, New Zealand—the two tribes, Maori and European—may hear— T IHAKA TE AMO, and the whole 9 Tribe of the Mahia, object to (or disapprove of) the Company. We also disapprove of those Trustees WI PERE and WILLIAM REES. We, Maoris, are (the people) to watch over our Eight Blocks of Land for our descendants. These Lands (mentioned hereunder) are inalienable :— Te Kaiwaitau Whangawehi, No. 1. Moutere No. 2. Moutere No. I. Nukutaurua Tauapata No. 1. Tauapata No. 2.
