[Reuter’s Telegrams.] SYDNEY, September 17. Sir Arthur Gordon and the otner passengers of the steamship Gunga were released from quarantine to-day, and have arrived in the city. Sir Arthur is now staying at Government House. Thia Day. There are twelve entries for the race for Rowing Championship, including Trickett, Rush, Laycock, Pearce, and Largan. Entries are open till Wednesday to enable Hearn and others to compete.
