The adaptation of the “ Patent Loose I Winding Wheel ” completely Overcomes all these Objections. By the mere turn of a screw the Winding Wheel becomes disconnected, and, revolving alone, allows the operator to fill the Bobbin while the Machine itself remains at rest. ' This improvement lessens the wear and tear I of the Machine, facilitates its working, and so ' saves tho time, money, and temper of the public.
