[Reuter’s Telegrams.] MELBOURNE. This Day. A proposal is on foot to hold an Intercolonial Exhibition in 1884, to celebrate the jubilee of Victoria. The Joint Stock Bank and City of Melbourne Bank have amalgamated their businesses. . A warrant has been signed for the extradition of Robert Wane, charged as an absconding bankrupt from Oamaru.
