A meeting of shareholders in Guthrie & Lamach’s New Zealand Wood ware Factory Company, was held yesterday. Mr W. J. M. Laraach presiding. The business was to conlinn the resolution previously passed to wind up the Companys affairs. A motion was proposed to adjourn for the purpose of enabling North Island shareholders to send down proxies, but as it appeared the majority of them had already done so the proposition was withdrawn. The resolution was then confirmed and Messrs Larnach, W. Brown, and D. Stronach, were appointed liquidators. THAMES.
