Shipping Intelligence
The b.b. Hero leaves Wellington to-night, and the last boat leaves the Gisborne wharf for the steamer at 5 o’clock on Wednesday afternoon. The s.s. Oreti, A. Campbell, master, arrived from Napier at 11.30 on Saturday night, with about 15 tons of cargo, and Messrs Norris and Gallagher as passengers. She left for Auckland yesterday, at 4 p.m. Passengers —Messrs W. Graham, McKenzie, R. Austin, Falconer, and another. Cargo: 23 bullocks, 260 sheep, and 2 horses.
