By the mere turn of a screw the Winding Wheel becomes disconnected, and, revolving alone, allows the operator to fill tho Bobbin while the Machine itself remains nt rest. This improvement lessens tho wear aud tear of the Machine, facilitates its working, and so saves the time, money, and temper of the public.
