TOLOGA LICENSING DISTRICT. NOTICE is hereby given that the Quarterly Meeting of the Licensing Committee for the above named district, will be held at Noon on FRIDAY, the Ist day of September, 1882, in the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Tolago Bay, for the purpose of taking into consideration Applications for Transfers or Renewals of Licenses, of which due notice shall have been given to me, at least 21 days before the said Ist day of September. The Applicant must deliver such notice of Application to me, in duplicate, and shall, at least 21 days before the said day of meeting, affix on the outer side, or front of principal entrance of of the said promises, there to be kept till the said day of meeting, and publish, on three consecutive days, in a newspaper, circulated in the said Licensing District, a notice in writing signed by such applicant, citing forth his name and abode, and such desire. Forms of Applications may bo had at my Office, Tologa Bay. No applications will bo received into Court without the Court fee affixed, in stamps, to applications.
