Siu, —The larrikin element in our small community is evidently making rapid progress, as many of qur young tymheior friends will affirm. During the last fortnight, some halfdozen pf these unsophisticated (?) young fellows have received letters, to which are appended thp nam e « Of a* many young ladies of tho Bay.
