Our demands for subscription will not be increased, but lessened, as we intend reducing the price of the paper from 2d. to Id., thus leaving the subscription exactly in the same amount as hitherto, while giving SIX papers a week instead of THREE as heretofore. We a.tjk no favour, but a fair field, and we arc certain that in this wo are only asking what the sense of fair play common to “ white men ” will accord us. The Subscription to our paper will bo 6s per quarter in advance, or 7s per quarter if booked j 9s in advance if posted, and 10s if posted and booked.
