Passengers:—Mrs Williams and 4 children, Miss Brighton, Messrs Ward, Brassey, Brown, Greenwood, Tahuteau, O'Meara, Lieu, Porter, Smith, Nelson, Judge Hardcastle, Sergt. McGuire and two prisoners.
The s.s. Oreti was expected to leave Auckland yesterday for this port and will leave here for Napier and Wellington on Monday. The Union Company’s Manapouri, Captain Logan, is advertised to leave this port for Auckland on Monday next.
The Union Company’s Mahinapua arrived In port yesterday morning, and left for Auckland via Tauranga shortly after arrival. She expected to return about Monday next.
The Rotomahana arrived from Auckland yesterday. She left for Southern Ports in the afternoon, with a large number of passengers from here.
