[Revtee’s Telegeams.] Melbouene, July 14. The Government intend that the turret ship Cerberus shall bo fully manned and equipped for active service in case of necessity. Considerable dissatisfaction exists among the men of the Naval Reserve in consequence of new regulations •which have been issued requiring increased drill. Arrived: Steamship Arawata from the Bluff. During the passage she encountered a heavy gale, and lost the valuable Clydesdale bull “ Fair Play,” which was on board. Adelaide, July 14. The insolvency Court has refused a certificate to Harjes the Auckland levanter.
