Shipping Intelligence.
The SA. Botina is likely to be detained here for some time yet. The bj. Rotorua will arrive here on Saturday next from Sydney via Auckland. On Sunday the Rotomahana may be expected from Melbourne via Southern ports. By an advertisement in another column, the M. Oreti is announced to sail for Napier this afternoon. In last issue we stated that the Mahinapua would arrive to-day, from South, which now proves to be incorrect. She will not be up till this day week. The schooner Gisborne, Captain J. Skinner, is at present unloading at the wharf. She is advertised to take her departure for Auckland and the coast on or about Saturday next. Yesterday, the Columbia, Caqtain Conway, sailed from the wharf, into the bay, where she will await, till a favorable wind arises to take her on to Auckland. Her cargo consists of 20 tons produce shipped by Mr D. M. Orr, and 12 tons by Mr H-E. Johnstone.
