ARRIVALS. lOth July.—Ringarooms, s.a., Captain Edie, from papier and Southern Porta. Passenger! : —Miss Bowerman, Misz Langford, Miss Donovaa, Mrs Fannin, Mrs McLean, Messrs Tatley, Ward, Nicoll, Browne, Flood, Allan. DEPASTURES. 10th July.—Ringaraoma, for Auckland. Passengers :—Miaa Wilson, Master and Mias Thomas, Mrs Mason, Mr and Mrs Bourke and two children, Mr Last, Master Last, Messrs J. Wilson, R. Wilson, J. Dewing, Bailey, and Messrs Kohler and company. The Cygnet, schooner, left for Auckland, in ballast, yesterday morning. If the weather holds fine the Rosina will steam for the coast to-night. The sj. Oreti left Auckland at 6 o'clock yesterday morning, and may be expected to arrive here this evening. The schooner Columbia was engaged discharging her cargo of limestone, yesterday. It is likely that the will sail to-day. Mr Fraser, the Union Steamship Company’s agent, informs us that they will now book passengers for the Cape. The schooner Gisborne, from Auckland via the Coast, arrived in the Bay on Saturday night last, and crossed the bar on Sunday morning, bringing with her timber, flour, and coat

The Union Company’s Ringarooma arrived here about 7 o'clock yesterday morning, from Napier and Southern Porta, with 30 tons general cargo. She left about 1 o’clock in the afternoon of the tarns day, with a cargo consisting of the followinglll sheep ahipped by Mr A. C. Arthur, 1 hone (New Chum), Mr G. Wyllie ; 1 horse, B. Wilson.
