TO CORRESPONDENTS.
“ G.8.A.” is informed that we can make no departure from our rule as to correspondents furnishing their names as a guarantee of good faith. We feel quite sure this is simply an omission on “ G.B. A.’s ” part, but he will doubtless see how necessary it is for us to preserve the rule. Immediately on receipt of “G B.A.’s” name (which of course will not appear in print) his letter will be published.
