The funeral of the child Georgina i Moore—whose murdered body was ’ recently found in the Medway—took i place recently. The intemreiit took ■ place ai Brompton Cemetery, and was remarkable for the strong demonstration made by a riotous mob against j deceased’s father. The police surrounded the mourning coach in which I he rode, and at the cemetery he was obliged to remain in the chapel, with- . I out going to the grave, and to wait there until, under the cover of darkness, he could go home safely.
