PRINCE LEOPOLD’S WIFE.
The future wife of Prince Leopold— Princess Helen of Waldeck accompanied by her father, the Prince of Waldeck, and by Prince Leopold, arrived in England on the 31st Feb., on a visit to the Queen. She was received with great cordiality at Q ueensborough, and is described by the newspapers as having “ won all hearts with her win««me smiles.” She was dressed in a tight-fitting velvet mantle and silk gown of the colour known as myrtle green. Prince Leopold, who walked by her side, appeared far from well, looking pale, we are told, being very lame, and generally bearing traces of recent pain. The length of the visit of the Princess Helen to England is not yet decided nor has it been settled whether she will return to her own country before the wedding takes place.
