Shipping Intelligence.

The B.s. Oreti, Capt. Campbell, arrived from Napier, yesterday morning. She left for Taurunga and Auckland the same afternoon. The Union Company’s Kotomahana, Capt. Underwood, arrived in the Bay lasi evening, about 8 o’clock, from Auckland, with the -following passengers:—Rev. Mr. Hudson, Messrs. Ba l. Bond. Bullock, Brook Held, and Misses Brookfield (2). She left again shortly afterwards Passengers outwards: —Miss Bousfield, Messrs. Goudy, 11. Baker, and Levisohn. The Minnie Hare, s-hooner, Capt. Nicolls, left Auckland for this port via Mercury Buy, on Saturday last. The schooner Josephine arrived in the Bay from Mercury Bay, on Thursday last, with a •cargo of timber for Mr. McFarlane’s new hall. The U.S.B. Company’s Southern Cross is advertised to leave for Auckland this afternoon (Saturday). The U.S.S. Company’s Arawata, will arrive from Melbourne and Southern Ports to-mer-row morning, and will leave for Auckland and Russell shortly after arrival.

The U.S.S. Company’s Hero, Capt. McGee, will leave this port for Auckland and Russell on Wednesday next, 12th April. The schooner Gisborne, Captain Skinner, will leave fur Auckland via the Coast, this morning, provided the weather is favorable. She takes a general cargo. We are informed that the Union Steamship Company’s new screw steamer “Manapouri” left the Clyde en route for Melbourne aud this Colony, on the 31st ultimo.
