Wellington, April 6. Ministers are holding a Conference at the Premier’s residence. Mr Hall is still indisposed, and is unable to attend his office. At the Supreme Court to-day Mrs. Fuller was convicted on a charge of arson, and sentenced to five years’ penal servitude. Dunedin, April 6. The Hon. Mr Dick has returned to Wellington. James Henderson, for uttering, received 12 months’ imprisonment at the Supreme Court Sitting to-day. Bishop Neville writes to the papers about entertainments being given on Good Friday. Christchurch, April 6. A member of the Bycicle Club is going to attempt to ride to Dunedin, 230 miles, during the holidays.
