In the matter of the Licensing Act, 1381, and the Regulations of Local Elections Act* 1576. TT EDWIN WOON, the Deputy Return- $ ing Officer for the above Licensing District, hereby give notice that the following are the names of all the Candidates •who have been duly nominated as Members of the Licensing Committee for the above District :— Harry Austin Downs Enoch Kirk Stewart R. Stewart M. J. Gannon Thomas Martin Andrew Reeves, and Henry Williams. And I further give notice that the Poll will be taken on FRIDAY, the 21th day of February, 1882, at the following places : — TOLOGA BAY R.M. Court Office ; principal Polling place. AKU AKU :—School House. AWANUI R.M. Court. And such Pole will commence at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, and ill close at G o’clock in the afternoon. Dated this 17th day of February, ISS2.
