Chief Post Office, Gisborne. Tor Napier, Wellington, and the South, also the Australasian Colonies, per Rotomahana, on Friday, 23rd Dec., at 3.30 p.m. For Auckland, per Rotorua, on Saturday, 24th Dec., -at 7 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America, the West Indies via San Francisco, also, the Sandwich Island, on Friday, 30th December, at 3 p.m. Money orders may be obtained, and letters registered until 2 p.m., same day. Note.—As Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on a Sunday, it has been decided to close all Post Offices on the following days, viz., the 26th December, and 2nd January, except for one hour, from 9 to 10 a.in. J, Shrimpton, Chief Postmaster.
