The local agent of the above Company lias received the following cablegram from London : —“ Wool sales closed firmly at equal to last sales on the 12th inst. Tptal quantitysold during past sales is 125,000 bales; 10,006 bales held over for future disposal; 45,000 bales taken for export. Seoured combing advanced Id per lb., since close of last sales. Washed combing,. market firmer; coarse cross-bred, rough washed, scoured, and lambs, market easier. Tallow in good demand ; mutXon, 42s ; beef, 48s 6d.
