Chief Post Office, Gisborne. For Auckland, per Arawata, on Saturday, Dec. 10th, at 7 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America, the West Indies via San Francisco, also, the Sandwich Island, on Friday, 30th December, at 3 p.m. Money orders may be obtained, and letters registered until 2 p.m., same day. The next inward European Mail, via San Francisco, is due at Gisborne, on the 16th Dec. For Tologa Bay every Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Te Mawhai, Aku Aku, Tuparoa, and Awanui, every alternate Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Makars ka, Waerenga-a-hika & Ormond, every Tuesday and Saturday, at 2 p.m. Money orders should be obtained and letters registered one hour before the time of closing anv mail J. Shrimpton, Chief Postmaster.
