The Public Trust Office. Guaranteed by the State, A LTHOCG ft thia Office has been in exiitetice for a period of more than Bereft y ea . rfl > is believed that the objects fol* which it was established are not sufficiently known or understood. It is desired to set forth in a concise form information respecting the business which this office undertakes :— 1. The charge of all kinds of money trusts* such as Marriage Settlements, moneys to be invested for the benefit of Minors, moneys bequeathed for charitable objects, monevs the title to which is in dispute, or whoso legal owner is unknown or cannot be found, &c., &c. 2. The administration of the Wills of persons who by appointing the Public Trustee as their executor secure the guarantee of the State for the due fulfilment of their wishes* and avoid the risk consequent on the appointment of private persons as executors* who not Unfrequently* though earnestly desirous of acting for the benefit of parlies interested, fail to carry out legally the objects for which they were appointed, and consequently involve themselves and those whose interests they are striving to protect in costly and harassing litigation. 3. The administration of all estates of which no disposition has been made by will* whenever relatives do not wish to incur the responsibility of administration, or cannot from any cause obtain the necessary powers to act. In such cases it is the duty of the Public Trustee to discharge all legal debts as far as the assets extend, and divide the residue amongst the next of kin.

4. The administration of the estates of lunatics, lunatic patients, and convicts. 5. The charge of all lands lying waste and unoccupied of which the owner is unknown, of who has been absent from the Colony for ten years, having left no known agent. The cost of administering estates is very small. Information may be obtained from all agents, R. C. At Pukekohe, on the Second Wednesday in each month, at 12 o’clock (good market for obtaining Well bred Stock and young cattle). Wool Sales held fortnightly in November and December. The subtle power of the Wizard Oil has astounded the most eminent ana lyzers, and Mr. Frank Weston, is theinventor and Sole Possessor of this most valuable preparation. The active properties contained in the present composition have been tested, and experiments made, by a number of celebrated Hospital Surgeons on patients when all other remedies have failed. Weston’r Wizard Oil has the power to distribute itself over every part of the body internally as well as extern, ally, curing the most inveterate cases of tumors, ulcers, scrofula, diseased liver, piles, swellings, wounds, &c.,&c. The following words “Weston’s Wizard Oil,” “Frank Weston, Proprietor,” are engraved on every genuine bottle—containing my Medicine—and on each label pasted on the bottle, and on the outside wrapper (enclosing each bottle,) will be found a steel engraved portrait of Frank Weston—together with a facsimile of his signature, which same aro Registered “Trade Marks,” and to imitate which is felony.
