Darnley, 222 C. S. 8., is by Conjurer, 199. He won the second prize at the Highland Society’s Show at Stirling in 1873; the premiums of the Glasgow Agricultural Society in 1876 and 1877; and the Champion Cup in 1878. Baron Dinsdale, bay, foaled Sept., 1880, got by Star and Garter. Star and Garter is by Royal Prince, 732 C. S. 8., who gained Ist prize at Glasgow as a 3-year-old ; second prize at the Highland Society’s Show ; also £lOO premium from the Linlithgow Society.
