Auction Sales. Bourke and Smith, at their Mart, this day, loth Oct., at 11 o’clock. —A large collection of stationery, and other goods in the estate of W. M. Phillips ; also, a 5-roomed house in Childers-street, and 10 tons potatoes. Pitt< & Bennett, at the sale yards, this day, at 12 o’clock.—l brown pony. At Makaraka, on Wednesday, 19th Oct., at 12 o’clock. —6 head beef, 20 stores, and a few young stock. Pitt & Bennett, at their Mart, this day, (Saturday), at 2 p.m. —Sundry lot of haymaking and shearing implements. M. R. Miller, at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, on Tuesday, 25th October. —Korokipo and Moteo Estates, containing 6,250 acres, after which the stock on the property —16,000 sheep, 200 head of cattle, horses, &c.
