IN consequence of the number of Deeds brought to the Trust Commissioner in an imperfect state, with the Natives interested in them to be examined, notice is hereby given that in future the Trust Commissioner will decline making the enquiry required by the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act unless the Instruments submitted to*im are complete in every respect. Therefore, the inconvenience and expense of bringing Natives whom the Trust Commissioner may under such circumstances, refuse to examine, must rest with the persons who apply for the Enquiry. M.
